Do You know what the Lord has for you?

Read Romans 8:18-30

2 Timothy 1:9 - Who hath saved, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world (time) began.  Salvation is entirely a matter of God's purpose and grace, apart from human works; He is  not going to save you over your own will. 2 Timothy 1:9 - (time) Salvation is entirely a matter of God's purpose and grace, apart from human works; He is  not going to save you over your own will.

Everything that is, all existence came out of God.  There isn't anything that you see, there isn't anything that you feel, and there isn't anything that didn't come out of God. All life came out of God.  God had a plan and a purpose for us even before he placed us here.  It is God purpose that man return to the relationship he had with God in the beginning.

Jer. 1:5 - Before I formed you in the belly (womb) I knew thee; (We were already in the mind of God) and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified (set apart) thee, and I ordained (appointed) thee a prophet (one who is called for a certain work; to be His spokesman/representative) unto the nations. ("Go and teach all nations" Matt. 28:19)

God told Moses, "I know thee by name" Ex. 33:12

God let Isaiah, Jacob, Jesurun (a poetic term for Israel) know that he had a purpose and knew him before he was formed in the womb. Isa. 44:2; 49:1-5.

In Gal. 1:15 Paul states, "But when is pleased God, who separated me from the my mother's womb and called my by His grace"

In order to do His will we must know what it is.  To find out His will, my will must be broken.  The things I want to do, my priorities must be considered as dung and just benefits received for doing His will.  Matt. 16:24; Rm. 12:2; Matt. 6:33; Phil. 2:5.

Jesue knew His purpose.  He said, "I come to do the will of him that sent me."  John 4:34

Our spiritual man (the part of man whis is God-conscious) is saved when we confess, repent and turn to Jesus with an honest heart.  All communication with God takes place in the spirit realm.

Our soul is being saved.  The soul consist of man's
     1. Intellect - his understanding and reasoning.  2. Emotions - his feelings. 3. Will - his desisres.

These constitute the personality and consciousness or ego of man.  The sould expresses itself through the body.

We've allowed salvation to come into our spirits.  But we refuse to allow the Holy Ghost to perfect its self in us to save our souls.

Could the reason why nothing is working be the product of our own will?

Could it be, that the reason why the church is becoming so much like the world, be because all we are minding is worldly things, things that fulfull the lust of the flesh?

Could it be that the reason why we can't be happy with the husbands or wives we have, be because we went outside the plan of God and got the one we wanted instead of waiting for God to put yo with someone?

Could it be that reason we can't walk in the spirit, be because we are yet carnal and walk as men?

James 4:2 .... Ye have not because ye ask not.  V. 3 - Ye ask and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it opon your lust.

Could it be that the reason we are not receiving, be  because it is not the spirit that's asking, but the lust of the flesh crying out?

Could it be that by laying all these things aside and seeking the will of God, that we can enter the place He has intended for us before we were formed in our mother's womb?

What does it take for us to regain the relationship that God wanted to have with man form the time he was a mere thought in the mind of God?  What does it take for God to look on us and say, "THAT' GOOD?"  Gal. 5:16-17; 1 John 2:15-17; Heb. 12:1.
